TERMS & CONDITIONS
BRUSH LIKE BUNNY
1. Eligibility

The Brush Like Bunny Challenge is open to children aged 3-12 years with parental or guardian supervision.

Participants must collect or download a Brush Like Bunny activity sheet to take part.
-
The challenge is open to residents of Australia.
2. How to Participate
-
Complete the Brush Like Bunny activity sheet by recording brushing habits and completing the missing words over the challenge period.

Submit the completed activity sheet to Ashburton Family Dental by end of day 19 April 2025 to be eligible for the prize draw.
3. Prizes & Winner Selection
-
Participants who submit a completed activity sheet will go into a random prize draw for a Tooth-Friendly Easter Hamper.

The winner will be drawn on 21 April 2025, and will be contacted via Phone or Email as per contact details provided.

The prize must be collected in person from Ashburton Family Dental, 301 High Street VIC 3147 by April 30, 2025. If the prize is not collected by this date, it will be forfeited.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative treatments.

The decision of Ashburton Family Dental is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding prize allocation.
4. Use of Winner’s Name & Image for Social Media

By participating in the challenge, the winner agrees to have their first name and image used in social media and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the winner (or their parent/guardian) prefers not to have their image used, they must notify Ashburton Family Dental at the time of prize collection.
5. General Conditions

Participation in this challenge is voluntary, and submission of a completed tracker does not guarantee a prize.

Ashburton Family Dental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Personal data provided for participation will be used only for the purpose of the challenge and will not be shared with third parties.

Access via Welfare Parade public car park. Enjoy 2-hour free parking and walk straight through our back entrance.
