The Practical Details

Health fund rebates
Depending on your level of cover, part of your treatment may be claimable through your health fund. We can provide item numbers with your written plan so you can check with your fund before deciding.
Paying in stages
Comprehensive plans are typically paid stage by stage, as treatment progresses — set out in your written plan so you always know what's due and when.
If treatment evolves
Comprehensive plans can unfold over months, and sometimes treatment needs evolve along the way. If anything would change your plan or its costs, it's talked through with you as part of your care.
