COSMETIC & IMPLANT STUDIO - YOUR FIRST VISIT
A conversation,
not a commitment.
If you're thinking about reaching out but aren't sure what happens next - let's walk through it, step by step.

COSMETIC & IMPLANT STUDIO
YOUR FIRST VISIT
A conversation,
not a commitment.
THE FIRST PERSON YOU'LL MEET
This is Sara.
Sara is our Studio Treatment Coordinator. From your first enquiry to your final appointment, she's your single point of contact — the person who makes sure you always know what's happening and what comes next.
"Most people arrive with questions they've been carrying for a while. That's the best place to start."
Sara — Studio Treatment Coordinator
When you reach out — by phone, email, or the form below — Sara is the person who responds, within one business day.

Before Any Visit
What happens when you reach out
First
You get in touch
Call, email, or leave your details below. Tell us as much or as little as you like — "I'm just starting to look into this" is a perfectly good place to begin.
Then
Sara calls you back
Within one business day, at a time that suits you. It's a conversation about your questions, our approach, and what a consultation involves. Nothing to prepare.
When you're ready
You book a consultation
If it feels right, Sara will find a time for you to come in. If you'd like time to think first, that's exactly how it should be. We're here when you're ready.
If You Do Come In
Your consultation journey
Your first consultation unfolds across two unhurried appointments — so nothing is rushed, and nothing is a surprise.
What Happens Today
You will meet Sara
Your Studio Treatment Coordinator will greet you. We'll sit together in the consultation space — not a treatment room — and talk about what's brought you in.
We listen first
What you're hoping to address. What matters most to you. There are no wrong answers — you can come with specific concerns or simply a sense that something feels off.
You will meet your Studio dentist
They'll look at your smile and take digital photographs from different angles — used with everything you've told us to begin your personal Smile Design.
DURATION
Around 45 – 60 minutes
What to Bring
Your questions. Nothing else required.
APPOINTMENT ONE
Your initial
appointment.
We're here to listen.
We're here to understand.
Listening, Designed In.
What Happens Today
See your Digital Smile Design
We'll show you what your smile could look like — designed using your photographs, your features, and what you told us matters most. Not a template. Yours.
Watch yourself in motion
We'll show you a video of you — speaking and smiling with your new design. You'll see how it looks naturally, in conversation. Not a static image.
We co-design together
This is a conversation, not a presentation. We'll refine the design with you. Depending on your treatment, you may also try a physical mock-up in the mirror.
Important to Know
There are no decisions required today. If you'd like time to think, that's exactly how it should be. We're here when you're ready to explore the possibilities for your smile.
APPOINTMENT TWO
Your smile
preview appointment.
This is where you'll see
what we've designed for you.
Precision, Designed In.
HOW WE WORK
A few things you can rely on
Decisions happen in your time
Treatment plans are prepared after your visit and sent to you in writing. You take them home, sit with them, and decide at your own pace.
Costs in writing, before anything begins
Every treatment plan comes itemised. If something would change the cost, you'll know before it happens.
One point of contact
Sara is with you from first call to final visit — you'll never need to re-explain your story to someone new.
Conservative options, always on the table
If a simpler approach serves you better, that's an option we'll present to you — and if the best advice is to wait, that's the advice you'll get.
First Consultation
$XXX
— A conversation about your goals and concerns
— A comprehensive examination of your teeth, gums and smile
— Digital photographs and scans where clinically helpful
— A discussion of your options — including conservative ones
— A written summary, sent to you after your visit
BEING UPFRONT
What a first consultation costs
We believe you should know the cost of a consultation before you book it — not discover it at the front desk.
Your consultation fee covers genuine clinical time with one of our dentists. If you proceed with treatment planning, we'll explain how consultation and planning fees relate to your overall treatment costs.
For a full picture of how treatment costs are quoted, see Understanding Your Investment.

The questions worth bringing
The best consultations are the ones where you feel equipped. We've put together a one-page guide of questions worth asking at any cosmetic dental consultation — ours included.

Whenever You're Ready
Start with a conversation
No obligation, nothing to prepare, and no decisions to make. Just Sara, your questions, and as much time as you need.
