This is a private, invitation-only event. Entry is limited to guests who have received an official invitation and completed the RSVP form.

Ashburton Family Dental reserves the right to decline attendance for any reason, including exceeding venue capacity.

Voucher Inclusions: The voucher covers a professional take-home teeth whitening treatment, including custom-fitted trays and whitening gel.

Expiry Date: The voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date stated on the voucher. Extensions cannot be granted.

Suitability Assessment Required: Whitening treatment is subject to a suitability assessment by one of our dentists. If the recipient is not a suitable candidate for whitening, they may transfer the voucher to a friend or family member pending their own suitability assessment. No cash refunds or alternative treatments will be offered.

Appointment Booking: The voucher holder must book their appointment in advance, subject to availability.
