1. Eligibility

• Bunny's Smile Code ("the Competition") is open to all children. No purchase or dental appointment is required to participate.

• Participants must collect a Bunny's Smile Code activity sheet to take part.

• The challenge is open to residents of Australia.

2. How to Enter

• Collect a Smile Hunt sheet from Ashburton Family Dental, complete all 4 code word panels, and return the sheet to the practice before the closing date 30 April 2026 during opening hours. One entry per child.

3. Prizes & Winner Selection

• Every child who submits a completed entry will receive a small bunny-themed gift (while stocks last).
  One major prize winner will be drawn at random to receive the smile-friendly Easter prize basket.

• The winner will be drawn on 5 May 2026, and will be contacted via Phone as per contact details provided.

• The prize must be collected in person from Ashburton Family Dental, 301 High Street VIC 3147 by  30 May 2026 during practice opening hours. If the prize is not collected by this date, it will be forfeited.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative treatments.

• The decision of Ashburton Family Dental is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding prize allocation.

4. Use of Winner’s Name & Image for Social Media

• By participating in the challenge, the winner agrees to have their first name, image and activity sheet used in social media and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the winner (or their parent/guardian) prefers not to have their image used, they must notify Ashburton Family Dental at the time of prize collection.
5. General Conditions​

• Ashburton Family Dental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Personal data provided for participation will be used only for the purpose of the challenge and will not be shared with third parties.
