Hi everyone – here’s our 6th dental care tip as part of our ‘Dental Care tips’ series. We currently can’t see you for check ups & clean but we would love to share some ways that you can look after your teeth during this lock down (not long to go now!).
I see many patients who experience sensitivity – it is a very common issue. My tip is to speak to your Dentist and stop letting it impact your way of life.
If you are experiencing teeth sensitivity, please know that there are options for you – your Dentist is the best person to work with you to find the right solution.
There a number of reasons that can cause sensitivity including:
– Tooth decay
– Fractured teeth
– Worn fillings
– Gum disease
– Worn tooth enamel
– Exposed tooth root
Watch our latest IGTV video on potential treatment options for Teeth Sensitivity. Please get in touch if you have any questions or wish to discuss further.
Once again, from our family to yours – we wish you safety and all the best during this difficult time. We are currently OPEN to provide emergency dental care if required.
Thanks for reading, I’m Dr Rob of Ashburton Family Dental!
